Changes Programme

Senior Programme Manager

I established and led a £42 million programme covering eight interdependent projects to deliver financial and regulatory transformation.

The programme included a Microsoft Dynamics 365 finance ledger and a bespoke IFRS 17 calculation engine. It also covered system integration, data migration and changes to the operating model.

  • Directed delivery across more than 40 internal staff and 30 external consultants.
  • Secured investment through Green Book business cases, including £12 million in additional funding.
  • Led programme planning and governance while managing dependencies across Finance, Technology and other business functions.
  • Challenged supplier performance and led the replacement of the delivery partner.

MINISTRY OF JUSTICE

£15m budget oversight

As Head of Business Management, I oversaw a £15 million budget. I strengthened forecasting and aligned resources with strategic priorities.

HOME OFFICE

c. £3m of national projects

I delivered approximately £3 million of national data quality and assurance projects supporting police forces and crime-recording reform.
